Description
Following the latest trend of 'Eye Colouring' Tutorials I've decided to add mine to the whole bunch. Because 'how to colour eyes' never gets old. Im zo kewl.
And because I'm a lazy ass, this tutorial comes with self-explaining arrows instead of text.
(Everything done in Paint Tool SAI.)

GIMP is free too, and I've heard that it works quite better than dA muro.
I downloaded the 2.0 (or was it 2.8? Well, the latest one) since some people were having problems with my bases over my adoptables' account and I wanted to see if it was them being technologically challenged or if my bases weren't working on that program.
(It was the first option.)
