"The head medical officer in Aperture just came to me and complained about the working conditions and what we were doing to the test subjects, saying it was "un-safe" and "unethical." So you know what I did? I FIRED all the doctors, crammed all that medical know-how into a machine! The lab boys said it was an absolute waste of money-but you know what? A machine is not going to complain about getting a paycheck every month! A machine is not going to have opinions about what's "right" and "wrong," it's going to do it's job! *Clank* ....Seriously? You! Yes you, get out of here, can't you see I'm recording!? *Door shuts, sighs loudly, clearing his throat* .....AHEM..It's my damn money, and I could do whatever I want with it! It's perfect, this baby will to pay for itself off over time." Cave Johnson.

This is sort of an "Unofficial" character sheet for him~ The picture WAS bigger, but I got super bored with working on it (Circles always give me such problems) so I just uploaded what I did have done!

I decided that his white eye in his old design was very plain, and he just looked plain in general So here he has an optic that's two different colors! His split color eye is to represent that he has a split personality. He is also supposed to have a "Defective" sticker on him, but I do not know where to put it honestly XD I was thinking his back, but I couldn't find any references of the cores from their backside X___X

He does eventually get damage to his shell like in his first drawing of him, and he does still have his arms. I may use the white eye later for a "damaged" design for him. The Medical Bot

FACTS ABOUT SIMON

-Simon was a core built to be a doctor/surgeon for injured Test Subjects that still had "life" left in them, but their body was too broken. He would fix these "issues" so testing could continue, be it adding modifications, or just using human medicine.

-When he was first activated, Simon reacted positively to tests with humans with minor injuries. He was described as a good mannered, kind and knowledgeable by patients, with the best bed side manner they had ever received.

-Simon was deactivated shortly after his first severely injured test subject was brought to him, they were, more or less, shredded to pieces. The core's voice was higher then it usually was, more unstable sounding, stating that "the subject was rude to him and would not hold still and cooperate, so he had to put him "under" so he could fix him." He then tried to go after the scientists,and so, he was marked as "defective," and shut down to be incinerated. However, this was never to come to pass, because sometime after, GlaDOS had killed everyone with neurotoxin.

-Somehow, Simon had gotten corrupted and ended up with two different personalities with encountering the first ever surgical patient. One who was a kind doctor nothing wanting more to help his patient...(knowing they were human) the other, doing whatever it took to make humans to become "better versions of themselves" and completely obsessed with doing it "for science." (Treating them more like machines that can be parted out)

-He is indifferent towards other machines, but human's he tends to act "aggressively" towards. His other personality is actually interested in humans and helping them.

-He hates being called defective or broken, because he believes he wasn't given a chance to show what he could do.

-His more violent personality is more dominant than his "kind doctor" one. The Good side tends to pop in and out from time to time, to apologize to his victim. He is often caught talking to his other self.

-When he is reactivated by Core!Aiden to fix Seth's messed up arm, the good personality is in control, stating his other self was "not awake yet."

-Simon has alternate arms to assist him during surgeries. He has a docking station that switches out the different tools.
