This is FREE TO USE! However, you must follow these rules if you want to use it!
THIS DOES WORK ON PAINT!
1. You don't need to ask permission to use, just go at it!

I don't know about Kasara's personal opinion, but i don't think you can use templates for adoptables, if you haven't made them yourself. But idk though so,
