Bought them both from ebay before The Hobbit movie was announced So I got them fairly cheap, Sam I bought for $20 and Frodo I bought for $35 (even though they said he was in perfect condition, case display only, I inspected him and his arm was completely out of his socket )

I don't think so-Other little things broke inside his body that hold the arm into place so that it can rotate and such, I think if I pieced it back together though, the arm may no longer be movable
