So one of the things I am working on is almost complete!

I have been teaching myself welding, so the metal part that holds the wood to the sprayer is a combination of stick steel and a T bracket welded together. There was some bending on the bench vice, hammering, drilling, and some minor alterations.

The plan is to make this actually launch stuff and still look like it could spray. There are holes cut and drilled so that the sprayer just connects easily.

I have been recording this project; so some kind of rough video will be made eventually.

You may notice there is a dart with no tip. I have been experimenting with neodymium magnets to simulate a shot from the dart gun. There is enough steel from the tip left in the dart that the magnet will pull it with enough force to hold it to clothing.

Now where the heck to find a reproduction cast iron race car? I may just have to make a car out of wood. Who knows, I'll figure something out.
