UPDATED August 9, 2022: Tala's Reference Sheet has been revamped with a colored background, some very minor details tweaked and cleaned up, extra details added in, and an armor set that I forgot to add.
UPDATED July 7, 2021: I changed the text color to a darker blue. The light blue I originally had looked nice on my tablet, but it was too light when I saw it on the laptop.

I did it!! I made a reference chart for Tala and all her mentioned story outfits... including her armor sets!!   I could have saved myself more time and made everything flat (no shading or rendering whatsoever), but I found myself adding more colors as I went along because apparently I hate myself. (Luckily I figured out how to copy layers and use it to my advantage, lol.)

I set up this reference sheet and following how a fellow artist ( Foolish-Hearts ) sets up her Elder Scrolls reference sheets for characters because it just looks so well organized this way. I really wanted to do this mostly to note how the outfits look in my head, as well as keep track of all the colors I use for each outfit when I work on future scene arts. The Body pose is also going to be helpful to show someone for future commissions so I don't have to struggle with finding the right words to describe what I see in my head.

Figuring out how to start this reference sheet took a LONG TIME. I struggled just trying to figure out a proper pose for my girl in terms of a foreword-facing pose, but I got good inspiration from a reference pose by one of my favorite artists and I went with that. While Tala's pose has slight differences than the actual reference pose, because it served as the main inspiration there's credit for the actual one noted below.

I also suck with side views and I had done so well with how I did Flattery that I used that as a base reference to make sure I got this ref sheet correct. (I'll practice more with freestyle side profiles for other artworks later but for this one I wanted it to be perfect, lol.)

I also did certain things like adding the clogs to the Maternity Outfit (even though they weren't mentioned in the story), and for the Wedding Outfit I included the jewelry that was added by the amazing SweetShiichan when I commissioned her to draw Tala and Martin's painting (initially the jewelry was not in the story, but I loved the extra touches so much that I went back and made the jewelry cannon, and is therefore included in the ref sheet). And for the Ebony Blade, I was originally going to just draw it as seen in Oblivion, but man I just LOVED the look depicted in Skyrim better (made it more unique), so I went with that instead.

I will eventually make another Reference Sheet for Tala for the next story, but since I am still developing Tala's new looks, the main storyline reference sheet comes first.
