Issue 16, Part 2Starring Jamie
Jamie indulges her sorrow the only way she knows how, and is inspired.
It's pretty unprofessional how the style and layout changes completely from part 1 to part 2, but I just didn't know how to apply the style from pt 1 to this segment. Sorry, I'll do better next time (like I'll ever do another two parter after this one. This time I just got way carried away trying to tell the story.)

I must say this is the most clever comic I've read. Basicly because it goes up against the steriotypes of the "Food and Chef Celeberties" and how they're all skinny and create healthy meals while celebrateing "the joy of cooking and food", while really, they're just rubbing their food and money in the face of fat people around the globe.
It really makes me smile that this comic conserns what or where your true happiness lies, because certianly it is found in this comic with your character, Jamie. Turning something negitive into something positive for the world. I must commend you on how simple yet clever you did this comic, as well as the minamalist-detailed style you put it in to get the story across without much confusion. I also must say that Jamie is damned georgeous and would seriousy like to give her a belly rub. All of these elements put togeather make an awesome comic. Good work!

Nicely done. I assume we're supposed to pick up on a rather significant weight gain between the two parts, right? Or does she just look bigger when she's not fully dressed?

Love it! I think I prefer Jamie's previous look as well, so maybe try incorporating your past style next time you draw her? Just a thought.

oh yeah she is bigger.but one thing I don't like is an artist by the name of Cyb-the-hedghog whodrew a joke about gas prices the threw in iflation and started talking about hw she hates wg and inflation

Jamie as a food critic, makes me wonder if any of the other girls could match her tastes. Man, is it me or does she look bigger than in Part 1?
I don't really like how her face looks in this, though. In the first panel she looks really old, while in the others her jaw looks too square. I liked Jamie and I miss her old look.

I can appreciate what you're saying. I need to look closer to see how I drew her differently back then. I tend to draw from memory of my mental picture of the girl, rather than looking at old drawings. So my mental iamge of what jamie looks like is he same, but my style has probably just changed.

Thanks for posting. I have to say I think your older "softer" drawing style that you used on previous WGI was better. The rough lines look less sexy in my opinion.
