This made me laugh seriously great picture. It's so like them, off in their own little world while argueing. The edging creates the right atmosphere.

Well, as a whole I used a straight edged round brush and lower the opacity and flow to about 35% (Photoshop). Then you can keep slapping on layers for the shadows and stuff.
