Prized Possession: His Father's Dog tags, he doesn't wear them often but they hang up next to his bed in his room.

Personality: Scout is very full of himself and not ashamed to show it. He tries to be as charming as he can, and he's a bit conceited. While he may seem selfish he's very protective of the women in his life such as his sister, his Mother and Jessie. He's quite honest and if he dislikes you he has a good reason as to why...most of the time. When it comes to work he's pretty serious...that is up until the team starts winning, his cockiness shows and he'll never admit that it's sometimes why the win is a close one. He likes to think he's very smart and he sometimes has good ideas, but most of the time...he prefers to stick in the background.

Backstory: Scout was born August 20th 1987. He shares his birthday with his twin Janie Harper. His Father left when they were 5 months old, and was raised by his Mother.

Scout really never went without as a child, he was a huge fan of baseball, and running. Scout wasn't too different from your average boy. He broke bones, got dirty, played rough. But what did set out Scout from other boys is how very protective he was of his sister. Even if she did annoy the living daylights out of him, he would do anything to protect his sister.

Scout was somewhat close to his Mother. Not as close as her and Janie were however. When he told his Mother how he was going to work for Mann Co. She wasn't too happy about it. But Scout explain it was something he had to do, and he started working at Mann Co. when he was 20 years old. Till this day Scout's Mother isn't for it, and expresses it from time to time.

Scout protested very much to Francis and his Mother dating, they started dating when Scout was 18 and Scout made it VERY clear how much he didn't like him. This was while he was preparing himself to apply for Mann Co. Francis stated how good of a Mercenary he would be. Francis is part of the reason why Lucy allowed Scout to go...not that Scout will admit to that. Deeper into the relationship of Francis and Lucy, Scout made it clear that if Francis hurt his Mother in anyway, he'd break every bone in his body.

Only a year after working at Mann Co. Scout was the third person to join Adam's Team. He would be a filler, a roamer for other teams. Not really a part of one specific team. He enjoyed being freelance but always wanted to be a part of a team. When Adam approached him Scout was skeptical. He didn't think Adam knew him but it turns out he did through Francis who had only recently been dating his Mother at the time. Adam put him on trial but when he realized how good Scout was? He took Scout on. Scout has been with the team since.

While he was working as a Mercenary, Scout met Jessie Pauling a.k.a. Miss Pauling. She brushed him off many times, but Scout was persistent. He wasn't as smart, nor did he feel as classy as her but he wanted her to give him a shot. Jessie continuously explained why it would NEVER work out, but all Scout did was mention how it could and would if she would give him a chance. He impressed her by leaving love notes and roses all over her office from day to day.

When it comes to Adam and his sister Scout isn't for it. He feels a friend of his -Jack Forze- would be better due to the age issue Scout has. Scout expresses his dislike of the couple any chance he gets. He gives up after a while however, realizing he can't change Janie's mind or Adam's persistence. He has told Adam many times however if he hurts Janie, Scout won't hold back.

In the wake of Jocquez's take over, Scout has said while he loves Mann Co. he won't risk life and limb for it. He would however risk life and limb for his team and his family...even Francis. He made it clear that he'd die for Jessie. In this time, he's noticed how close his team has become and how far they are willing to go.
