SOOoooo I kinda adore Maggie Stiefvater's Wolves of Mercy Falls series (I'm a sucker for bittersweet stories)... and I've done quite a bit of fanart for it....
....and Ms Stiefvater is actually IN Melbourne atm and my housemate, some friends, and I plan on stalking her as a signing this weekend
ANYWAY... I went looking for the fanart I'd done only to realise I never ever bothered posting any of it here *fail* I think this might be my fav of the fanarts, so here it is

I think Shiver, Linger and Forever are okay, it's just that they almost seem to follow a twilight-ish sort of line.
But they are WAY better than Twilight.

I LOVE Shiver because its so bleak and poetic. Linger and Forever I thought were ok but liked them because I wanted to know what happened... does that make sense? I think Shiver was the best
I like the idea of them being bittersweet because that is SO SO rare in books these days. Not really the werewolf part or the romance part.

You always mention books that I've never read but that sound really interesting, and my list of books to read is already too long! So I obviously haven't read this series, but this piece looks really great. I love the colors and the transition between them.
