Since I'm back at uni and have got very little time to actually photograph anything new, here's another old one that was sitting around on my computer. The lighting was very odd in the original so I desaturated the background and changed the eye colour as it was looking rather brown - my eyes are blue. Anyhow, I was playing around with the colours and came across this combination which really reminded me of an opal. So there you go! Another mindless stereotypical shot!!Related content

Very cool picture. I've seen a lot of b& w photos with colorization done, but this has its own unique flair. I think it's the clarity of the eye contrasted with the blurriness of the background that helps.

I know I know, you've got too many comments and favs on this and you might not even see this comment, but this is AWESOME! I LOVE everything about this piece of work, especially the angle of the eye. There are too many people who takes the picture of their eyes from the front, but yours is different
