Great shot and I like the sharp focus of the front bird and the blurriness of the other. It gives it a nice depth.

I think it's a bit distracting that the focus is a bit off on the other parrot. Then again, it gives the photo a little playful, unrealistic feeling that fits the title. I can't really say, I'm not a photographer. But I love the bright colors, the composition and the fact that the background is as simple as that - more stuff in it would have definetely destroyed it.
