Considering Rusty only wears cowboy boots most of his life, he probably can't tie shoes.
//He'll probably go back on wearing boots so he won't be as embarrassed with his girlfriend tying his shoes... That or Katti should teach him HOW to tie shoes. I mean things come and go and some things are harder to learn than others and some have more difficulty in learning.

It took me a while to figure out how to tie my shoes, too. Probably due to wearing velcro for the better part of my childhood. :'D

I think I was in the "typical" age for learning to tie shoes, reading and so on.
I often used sandals in the summer and strapped shoes (or whatever it is called) in school. And then some kind of boots in the winter
But Poor rusty here hasn't even learned how to tie his shoes. And he's like 20+ here :'0

I think I was a little past the typical age when I learned how to tie my shoes. At first I used this one method, intended for younger children, the "bunny ear" method , but later on I figured out the "traditional" way to do it.Β
I would typically use sandals, slip-ons, and shoes with velcro in school. Strapped shoes...are you sure you aren't referring to velcro as well? Or maybe it's another type of shoe I don't know about.Β
