Ok, I think this is the first time I do a tutorial like this so please tell me what you think of it.I hope you like it and can follow my very simple instructions.

Ahh I almost forgot - if you make a "rose" with this Tutorial, could you please notify me - I would love to see it...

Yes, it is possible, but I can't remember how it was done. There is a chat-group here on dA called aposhack, the people there are very helpful.

Yes I purchased UF and I also use Apophysis 7x - free program. Also use Blender 2.65 - also free but have trouble with saving animations on there!! x
