oohh, well, it's usually better to use eyeliner pencil first, before using liquid. Liquid is usually harder. ^_^
Try to use pencil first, then add the liquid on top

Ehhhh man I can never control liquid eyeliners DD: I always try and practice with them but I just keep wobbling it when I put it on my lid and end up that I can't draw even a line -___-;;

Use pencil, then you'll get used to using liquid ^____^ it'd be better if you use like a thicker substance.. I got this rly thick liquid eyeliner..it's like....the stuff for mascara, but it's..not ;D try drawing a line first with pencil, and use liquid over it
