Yes, I drew and inked it by hand, then it was scanned by my lovely friend, Chihiro, which I CGd in Photoshop cs2.

I drew it by hand using a round pen and probably a little bit of G pen? On A4 paper and yeah = D
It was colored in Photoshop which took like... um @_@ a month (with procrastination, mind me~)
