Description
A character I created for the Fallout New Vegas DLC-sized mod Beyond Boulder Dome, set in Colorado. I made the cat hat from scratch. Get it on Nexus!Boxy is an actor who lives in Boulder, an underground settlement mostly consisting of prewar ghouls. They put on shows to help alleviate boredom. Unfortunately, the town's playwright, Deadpan (a companion who can come back to the Mojave after), has writer's block, so the town has endured fourteen sequels of his pun-spouting cat politicians.

On the flip side, sometimes it takes me 5 times just to get the game to load properly on PC. Never had that prob on XBox.

The ghoul town is separate from any factions. Boxy's collar is just some salvaged junk.
