Yeah, if you can't follow the rules you better don't request it
I don't get mad for unappealing ideas (unless the person trying to fix it request the same thing over and over again)
And I get annoyed for people breaking the rules because those rules are for helping me to do things faster, and keep an order (mainly) and people ignoring them is INSULTING
so with this said, I repeat, If you can't follow the rules, yeah, you shouldn't be requesting

Looking at it, meh, why bother. Seems it all just irritates you or angers you. I'd rather pay someone who feels like an equal exchange is going on then ask for something from someone who has a hammer ready to hit me with just in case they don't like my request.

So like I said, never, EVER, asking anything from you.

sorry You feel that way.
The reason I'm pretty much irritated is because I start in a good mood and people just come and ignore those little rules, they are not even that hard to follow (mainly simply giving the reference and don't ask for request) or in some cases comment in my profile pic or ask a flash comic like if they were paying for it (Some may be willing to pay for it, but the truth is, I only want to do things out of fun)
But people assume that just because they ask for my OC or a popular character or something they can skip the rules and say "He probably knows the character, He can look for the reference"
Whatever, I pointed out, If someone can't follow those guides, they can look for other requesters or pay for a commission from someone who accept them.
In this case you can do that, and well, I'm glad you have a solid opinion

The thing is simple, if I have an image in my profile describing my status on suggestions, then why doing that stupid question!?
It's annoying, if it's open just ask what you want, we may waste less time with trivial and useless greetings
The other thing is, that if request are closed, I have found people that say "I know request are closed, but could I request something" then I may be up to hear such person
I simply start ignoring notes that ask stupid things or request that simply are going through something I don't like because I get tired and people throws the same rock over and over again

That's good. It's cool that I get to watch a request done in action. I like to see TF or hypo-type art develop before me.
Even a good toon-like story that develops is awesome as well.
