Wow, I never knew you were into Black Rock Shooter too.
BRS is another one of my favorite animes. Its super cutesy and has amazing action scenes and battles too.

Yeah, I suppose BRS and Madoka Magika are similar in ways. In fact, my one friend even made a neat BRS/Madoka Crossover comic series too, showing the similarities in ways.
Also, who's your fav characters in it? Mine are Strength and Chariot, they're the cutest and coolest to me. Who's yours?

1) Please don't call me "mister", I'm not used to it, makes me feel old, and awkward.
2) I don't think there is a reason to reupload a swf file, but I guess you mean to upload the video file again
3) Restart the computer means you turn it off and on and unless it has a special software to delete changes, I doubt it would cause something, the term you are looking for probably is "Formatted" or "Reformatted"
But answering your question, yes, I could reupload the video on sta.sh so you can download it

i know the character, black rock shooter, but i'm not sure what's the origin... i though she's a vocaloid, but she's a standalone character? O_o
