Description
Adam's nightmares haven't fully gone away. They're just not nearly as frequent. Whenever he has one, he ends up falling out of bed on top of waking up screaming at the top of his lungs, crying for help. It's the job of his wife and kids to rush to his side, embrace him, and remind him it was just a dream. As soon as he starts to drift off, they get him back up into bed and the kids stay in bed with him. Whenever Sarah and Zelda are out for the weekend with the Girl Scouts, it's Daniel's sole responsibility to comfort his father. It is everything in Daniel's power not to cry along with Adam, because no child likes to hear their parents cry. For some reason, having his children stay in the bed with him always manages to drive away Adam's nightmares.
