This is an adaptation of the textless version of the Golden Sun DS poster, in the style of the webcomic Order of the Stick. Made in Inkscape.

One year ago today (today being June 2, 2010), Camelot Software Planning announced a third game in the Golden Sun series. As far as I am aware, this poster was the last official word we've got, and I know it was floating around the internet by the fourth.

(By a curious coincidence, two years ago yesterday I created this dA account, and three years ago today I set up my Livejournal.)

I hate Isaac-clone. His hair, his outfit... the others were downright easy compared to him. Even Mia-clone's rod.

For the record, I tend to think of Mia-clone as Emma, and Isaac-clone as David, after characters in my personal postcanon fandomverse. I have no equivalent character to pin a name on Garet-clone, unfortunately, so I come up with a different name for him every time I try.

I noticed something odd in the process of doing this: Emma (Mia-clone) has Jenna's cape. This suggests to me that she was raised by Jenna, which would mean at least one of three things: a) Jenna and her spouse (I suspect Isaac) take in orphans; b) an Adept's element isn't dictated by genetics; or c) there is to be a break in the 1:1 correlation of blue hair and Mercury Psynergy. Personally, I'm fondest of b).

I didn't bother putting the text in, on the grounds that it would suck horribly and distract and detract from the awesomeness that is the rest of the poster.
