Not much to say but I have no idea about the next forms...Rookie
Bujamon:
Type: Virus
Signature Move: Acid Burst (Releases acid filled bubbles on the opponent)
Normal Move 1: Shadow Smokescreen
Normal Move 2: Bubble Prism
Champion
Toxinmon:
Type: Virus
Signature Move: Raging Horn (Horns glow bright golden and charges head on at the opponent)
Normal Move 1: Bubble Barrier
Normal Move 2: Poison Tail
Ultimate
Digimon: Acidramon
Type: Virus
Signature Move: Toxic Spikes (crystal pieces are showered around the enemy releasing acid fumes)
Normal Move 1: bubble burst
Normal Move 2: crystal barrier
Mega
Digimon: MetalAcidramon
Type: Virus
Signature Move: fire venom. ( releases a blue flame from its mouth but instead of fire it's poison)
Normal Move 1: spike roller
Normal Move 2: acid release

As for future forms... going by what you have, maybe something a bit more dragon-like (wings or fins like a plesiosaur or something), or having a gas mask or some sort of glass containers (to holding the poison stuff)?
