this tutorial is outdated compared to the newer versions of MMD, also it's old as hell in general and I don't know why you're looking at it in general, but the settings should still work and create the same effect providing you register the gravity point and have physics turned on.

when i was new to mmd i did it all by myself
and i actually watched the MMD tutotials on VPVP wiki
i didn't just download it for the lulz like most of the new users :U
now i'm sorry, but if someone really can't find their way trough the tabs at the top of the screen which are in english
