Personality:
Bright, cheery, and chaotic. Always kind and sweet to everyone he meets and is always down to have a good time. He would literally give you the shirt off his back. He's too pure for this world, really. Might not get things right on the first try, but he always gets back up and tries again. He's like a golden retriever; they're smart dogs and all, but they've got big dumb energy, ya know?
Hobbies/Interests:

Loves wine, bad puns, snuggling, games, cartoons/("Disney"-in universe lol) movies, and being a dad.
Skills:

-Very book smart and is talented in his career field.
-He's a friend magnet. He'll wander away and when you find again him he'll be chatting with new friends he just made. Who are these people? Where did they come from? No one knows. They're his friends now.

-Generally pretty handy and helpful!

Not-So-Skillz:
-Maybe makes not so great choices/doesn't always think things through especially if emotions are involved. Very little impulse control.

-Can be naïve and is too trusting of people.
Background:
Ceri is from a small village in Irk's arctic region. His birth parents suffered extreme social and financial stress due to Imperial meddling in the region and gave him up for adoption to a nice scientist lady in a larger nearby town. Ceri followed in his adopted mother's footsteps and pursued an education in science. When he was 16 he and his mom moved to Irk's Capitol City where he was accepted into a military advancement research program. At 20 he partook in a cloning social experiment (clones are scrubbed of "flaws" and given artificial intelligence at birth; research that would be the foundation for what would eventually be modern Irkens as we know them). The result of this experiment was Pluto (Plutonium) whom Ceri raised as his son. Pluto turned out to be a chaotic evil little hacker genius and is an absolute menace which resulted in him being put on a watch list, but he's smol and Ceri adores him and does his best to give him a good life. <3
Currently, Ceri is on contract for military research, focuses on raising Pluto, and is in a "secret" relationship with Dr. Nevis of the GP Empire (ooohh star crossed lovers, very spicy).

Update!: Ceri has been whisked away from the Irken Empire to Blue Star (UIR) by his adorable knight in shining armor, Nevis. Ceri, his son Pluto, and Nevis, have moved into a lovely villa and Ceri will be starting a new job as a bioengineer for Eco-Leaf, Inc., a company that aims to restore planets that have been devastated by the Irken Empire.
Ceri and Nevis will be getting married soon! <3

Extra Fun Facts! (notes from the creator!):
-People of his region are mostly carnivorous due to plant life scarcity, resulting in sharper teeth! Most Irkens in the northern hemisphere have partial (roundish front teeth, sharp back teeth) or full sets of sharper teeth.
-Ceri was actually adopted! So was Pluto! They're the only adopts I've ever gotten <3 Both adopted from HugaDuck! <3 <3 <3

For anyone who is curious, no, my OC’s do not exist within the canon IZ universe (obviously lol). My own universe is based solely on my personal interpretation of the IZ universe. My universe also exists much earlier than canon IZ, probably by a few centuries. For explanation, Invader ZIM supposedly takes place in an apocalyptic future and my universe is more or less an exploration of how Irken society might have gotten to where it is as we see it in canon IZ, but with my own twists of course. c:
