Description
You wanted to bring Levi his beloved tea so he could take a small break from his paper work, but little did you know that he wasn’t even in his office as you knocked on the door.
No response.
Another knocking. And again, nothing.
„Tch. Brat, move. “ You heard the ever so familiar voice of the Lance Corporal right behind you and you froze in your movements. The tea cup you had held in your hands, slipped from your fingers and landed on the floor, pieces of the china slithering all over the place and the steaming liquid, black tea, spilled all over the floor and the door in front of you.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck,” you muttered under your breath, quickly scurrying out of the way for the Corporal, hasty picking up the broken pieces.
A scowl was now visible on Levi’s face as he watched you and a growl slipped over his lips. “Clean up that fucking mess, cadet. Cleaning duty in the kitchen the rest of the week for you.” With those words he walked past you into his office and slammed the door shut.
You slightly jumped at the thud of the door, sighing loudly and picking up the last few pieces before you stood again.

Back in the kitchen you grabbed another cup with shaky hands, knitting your brows together as you filled up the kettle a second time with water.
Another sigh escaped your lips and you instantly wished you wouldn’t get so shy and awkward around the Corporal.
Everyone in the corps knew already you had the hots for him. Everyone except for Levi. And you sure as hell hoped that would stay that way.

“[F/n].”

Startled you turned around to the owner of the voice, which you instantly recognized as Hanji’s.
“Oh, Hanji. It’s you...” you trailed off, focusing again on the boiling water in the kettle.
“Who else did you think this is, my dear [F/n]?” She cooed happily, stepping closer to you and embracing you in a tight hug.
You squealed as she put your arms around you and you couldn’t help but giggling. “Hanji! I’m ticklish, stop it!”
A treacherous gleam appeared in her eyes as she let go of you again, smiling her brightest smile.
Your gaze met Hanjis and you weren’t sure what to think of it, so you shrugged it off, going back to pouring a second cup of black tea for Levi.
You held the tea cup firmly and humming you made your way out of the kitchen, followed by a babbling and smiling like mad, Hanji.
“[F/n]!” she exclaimed, almost jumping of joy. “You have to help me tomorrow with my new experiments, yes? Pleaaaaaaseeeeeee!”
“Of course, I will.” A smile sneaked up on your features as you looked back over your shoulder to your friend who looked at you with bright eyes.
Even though you sometimes thought she’s a little…insane, you never said no to one of her requests. No matter what.

You took a deep breath as you stood by the door, lifting up your free hand to knock again.
“State your name and business.”
“[F/n] [L/n], sir. A-and...” Your gaze trailed over your shoulder just to see that Hanji was still around. “And Hanji Zoe. I-I-I’ve brought you some black tea, Le-… I mean Corporal.”
The red colour spread over your cheeks and ears immediately, sending Hanji into a giggling fit.
Cautiously you opened the door, briefly looking around the office before you walked up to the desk with a small smile on your lips, where Levi was sitting over his paper work.
And of course the older female followed promptly.
You walked around the desk and carefully set down the cup of black tea besides Levi who watched you like a hawk. The reddish colour on your cheeks only intensified with every second passing by near the corporal.

“What do you want, shitty glasses?” His voice dripped with annoyance as he directed his words towards Hanji. His gaze was still on you though and it started to unnerve you.
Your hands got shaky again and thanks god you had already set down the cup. Otherwise you’d probably have spilled the liquid again.
As nervous as you were, the only thing you could do was gawk back at him, getting lost in his steel like eyes while he stared into your [e/c] orbs.
The brunette was giggling again as she watched you both staring at each other, bouncing on her heels just slightly.
Finally Levi freed you from his intent gaze and you took a deep breath, not realizing you were holding it the entire time.
You couldn’t hear the next words Hanji uttered to the raven haired male in front of you.
Biting your bottom lip as you took a closer look on his profile, and a high pitched noise escaped your throat, making the two superiors stop the conversation that was going on and gawk at you in surprise.
Right after the sound came over your lips, your eyes wide in shock that you were even capable of producing such a noise, you covered your mouth with your hands in embarrassment.
In the process you brushed your fingers against the cup of steaming tea, sending the china and its content to the floor again.
“That was my favourite cup, cadet [L/n].” Levi said coldly, looking from the shattered cup up to you with his ever so stoic expression.
Now you knew you were in deep shit. Spilling his expensive, beloved black tea twice AND shattering his favourite cup. For fucks sake.

Pleading you looked up to Hanji, only to see that she already had ran away and out of the room, leaving you with the corporal alone in his office.
Thank you, Hanji. Nice of you to leave me alone to meet my death, you thought bitterly, chewing on your bottom lip before facing Levi again.
Meanwhile he had gotten to his feet, stepping closer to you so your feet almost touched.
Although he was short, you still were shorter and had to look up to him to meet his eyes. You swallowed thickly, not daring to look away.
Before you could even think of an appropriate apology he had crashed his lips against yours, a faint blush immediately covering your cheeks at the sudden contact.
You wrapped your arms around his neck as you kissed him back, and Levi teasingly brushed his tongue over your lips, causing you to moan quietly.
As he broke apart for air, you stare at him, your [e/c] eyes wide. “C-corporal…” That’s all you manage to stutter out and you touch your lips with your fingers lightly. You couldn’t believe what just happened. Lance Corporal Levi, Humanities strongest soldier just kissed you. Holy shit.

The slightest grin appeared on Levis features as he leaned in closer, whispering into your ear with his husky voice.

“You owe me a teacup, brat.”
