I've always thought of Pansexuality as a subcategory of Bisexuality since it is similar but different. Β Bisexuality refers to one who is attracted to both genders while a Pansexual is "blind" to gender parts and loves someone only for their mentality and personality. Β (;

BIsexuality thinks there are only two sexes and you love both of them. Pansexuality says "Fuck Bi-polarity!", because genders are flowing, and loves
undefined persons, hermaphrodites, other intergendered people and transpeople as well.
There aren't two exactly defined poles and nothing between it, but a whole lot of other genders or sexes.
Bisexuality still is caught by the heteronormative thought of bi-polarity, pansexuality isn't.

Bisexuality isn't the thought that there are only two genders. It isn't either the attaction to solely cisgender man and woman.
Bisexuality is the attraction to both the same gender as you AND other genders.
But where the difference with pansexuality is, it's that pansexual people do not care of someone's gender. Bisexual people think that gender matter, they will fall in love differently regarding their loved one's gender.Β
Of course there are some bisexual people who are mainly attracted by cisgender people, but that does not mean bisexuality doesn't fall for non-binary genders.
Your definition of bisexuality is pretty narrow-minded, you say as if they do not care about non-binary people, which isn't true :/
