Not being able to lay my mind to rest last night I took a few minutes to give this image in my mind a life of its own upon paper. This creature is called a Bonecrusher, a beastie of my own creation that is part of Ashi's world. Eventually I hope to have more information up about them as a species. I'm really happy with this image, it has a nice psuedo realistic quality that I like. I think I may actually try a colored version next time to see if I can really push the depth and realism farther then this 20 minute sketch.Bonecrushers species © Jessica Dubridge

It is a really good sketch. I would love to see it colored. The one thing though when you were discribing it to me before I had the image of just one row of three eyes down the center of the skull. This makes it look like it has three sets of two eyes. But that just might have been my interpreitation of what you said. Over all a nice peice. WOuld be interested in seeing it more developed.

I have yet to figure out how to color this image, but I plan on doing a colored version eventually.
