More battle practice for There's so many good people in this tournament that I really have to prepare.

Starmie Vs. Flygon. (Since there are so many Flygons in the tournament, figured may as well draw one. ) Starmies using Ice Beam, and Flygon has dodged (probably using Fly).

Using a new tecnique for shading, I've actually conceded the value of the Magic Wand tool. Even if I still haven't really figured out how to use it (well, more like how to stop using it...)

I'm really happy with how Starmies Ice Beam came out! Didn't want it to look like Hydro Pump, so I experimented with some different brushes. Don't love the background though...stupid rocks. D:<

Anyway, hopefully it looks good.
