Description
She's Annette Durand from XCOM: Enemy Within (Expansion of XCOM: Enemy Unknown), the game that you (the player) have to command and maintain the special unit against the aliens - now with gene modifications and human-bots.
Annette, a young French girl, was born with innate psionic ability, somehow, but was abducted by either the aliens or the EXALT. (I think both the aliens and the EXALTs were looking for her. Not 100% sure about this part.) But XCOM managed to save and recruited her from collapsing dam. Later she also provides the intel for other abducted who have innate psionic ability just like her.
I like her, too, because her dialogues are even more hilarious than Shaojie Zhang from Slingshot DLC.

To be honest, I later found that I drew her hairstyle slightly(?) different than the original. I still need to practice on her appearance, too.
I focused a lot for the reflected lights and the psionic effects on her hands.
