I'm behind on the most recent episodes of P&F, but as far as I know they haven't explained how Doofenshmirtz knows Perry's name with Perry being unable to speak. You don't learn someone's name just by them following you around secretly all the time. youtu.be/H9faYaGdLS4 The above idea is my headcanon, which may be proved wrong in the actual canon, but until then I'll enjoy it. I'm sure the whole thing was beneath Perry's dignity, though, which is why he had those adorable business cards made.
