Rogan Ratel had another mug of honey mead. And then another. And yet one more. "Winning makes me thirsty!" The super-mercenary known as the Honey Badger had taken the lead on the final lap of the Angel Falls Gran Prix and gone on to take the checkered flag in a tightly contested race full of colorful characters. And now it was time to celebrate.

As expected, it was a lively party at Paudraic's Getaway Resort, where the race ended and the Afterparty began. All the participants were invited to partake and share in the festivities, and many did. The drivers, and especially the owners of the race cars were among the elite of the city. The movers and shakers of Angel Falls, so to speak. Having them all in one room meant possible alliances, business deals, and the like.

But rubbing elbows with suits didn't concern Rogan. The Honey Badger just didn't care! He was the Angel Falls Gran Prix Champion and he planned to brag about it all the way up until the race next year was underway. He chowed down unceremoniously on a platter of honey glazed pit vipers grilled by Paudraic's best chef and washed it down with an entire bottle of honey infused whisky. Alas, with his hyperactive recuperating factor, Mr. Ratel couldn't really get himself drunk, but his mind did wander a bit. "I'll hire a guy to walk around the city like a town crier. He'll yell out to everyone that Honey Badger is the best there is at what he does. And what he does is drive really fast!"

Three of the "pit girls" from the Tupelo Honey race team spotted him and called out "Rogan!"

To which he self-referentially replied "The Main Mellivora!" Rogan stood up and danced? Strutted? Trotted. There was an endearing, adorable, and above all hypnotic element to the way he moved.

"Oh, he's so cute!" One of the pit girls couldn't help but exclaim. The Honey Badger beckoned them back to his luxury suite.
