Well, it was a cover years ago, yeah. It was for a Revolutionary comic on British musicians (if you look on my website, you can see the version with the other musicians that I later painted out), they did a lot of unauthorized bios of musicians, sports figures, etc.

Well, the interiors were usually pretty bad, to be honest. The art was done by amateurs or artists looking to do quick work for a quick buck (nothing wrong with that, but it was a cheap product, after all). Having said that, you can probably find them online cheaply. I have many copies of the ones I did covers for sitting in my closet.

mindrot, thanks....yeah, if I could afford that sort of thing, get the rights to do it, travel to shows or hire someone to do that, etc etc, I might do it! Right now, tho, I sell prints of many sizes...there are prices at the bottom of the main page of my site at [link] , if you want.
