9/3/2014For whatever reason, I woke up and thinking about a tadpole. So after being stuck with it swimming in my mind, I figured I'd share the joy.Β
Spent more time and effort on this one, took roughly 2-3 hours.

I don't believe tadpoles have scales, but I do know they're spotted and slimy haha. ^^

The darker spots on him are well-incorporated and you placed the subtle highlights nicely.
The shadowing, coloring and the facial expression captured my eyes.

Well, you already know this is cute. It's good to see you coloured the eyes brown, it draws the viewer to them, and you didn't do too many bubbles to counteract the streamlined composition.
