Description
I meant to do a nice and really intensive guide on perspective for my pal AluminiumDonut, and I never got around to it. Then I saw Ink-n-Imp's awesome Jeeves drawing with the wonky chair and offered to do a quick and dirty guide for her, so she can get a better grasp on the whole perspective thing. So, here ya go. Tablet + Photoshop = what fun. I'm sorry for the crappy font choices on the first panel. I was trying to keep it within 800x600 pixels at the time, and I merged it like an idiot and I REALLY didn't feel like going back and retyping those parts. But I think they're readable. Maybe.
I tried to do an example with stairs on that building thing on the last panel, but it wasn't working well, because of the small size and the lack of movable ruler. And I was having trouble getting my angles to line up well, with those dotted lines. I should have done the transparent layer on top of solid lines, but I only just thought of that while typing this explanation.
Anyway, stairs are done by just adding more boxes and extending the lines of the previous ones to make them taller. The smaller building's roof looks like it's about to collapse, on account of me choosing a 2px round brush and the angle on that one corner being so tiny.
This took me forever. I kept screwing up and getting distracted. But I think it came out pretty well, for me being crap with tablet-drawing.

don't bug me about being a nub ,
but seeing as I get technical drawing(litteraly translated from the dutch word "technisch tekenen")
we learn how to draw blue print like drawings from erm, stuff XD.
and i see you didn't put the cavalier perspective in this!
Hmmm, *thinks*, might as well do something helpfull for some other beginners >_>.
heck why not, i'll try to make a tutorial that's based on drawing the cavalier perspective,
only thing i'don't know yet is wether or not i'll let flash play a role in this for digital drawing >_>.
tell me what you think of it

Sorry for the reply-delay. I tend to forget to check dA unless I've got stuff to put up, or someone links me to something (I'm not a very good deviant, I guess).
Anyway, I've never heard of cavalier perspective - I was just using what I was taught in my drawing class. What is it, exactly?
