He wonders where his Mother has gone (only provided a single photo of her face,) usually mistaking some blonde-haired women for his Mother and tries to approach them.

Others believe he is not smart enough to understand their words towards him, but Jacques can process a few words, and many of them are always negative. Jacques is overly-protective of children who are vulnerable to attackers, not wanting them to feel the pain as he did. Jacques also loves stuffed animals, finding them as comfort to hug when he feels afraid or alone.

Jacques de Point is an experimental child of the National Genome Project. Mira du Point was chosen as one of the other hundred clients for this - she begged for a perfect angel. She wanted everything build to perfection – to be strong and beautiful, tall and given abilities like no other. But the day Jacques du Point was born, she had given birth to a horribly disfigured baby. She cried for another chance, handing Jacques over to the scientists that performed the DNA imbalance. Jacques was left to grow within a secluded observation home for the scientists, living amongst other failed experiments. He cried for attention, wanting a chance to be noticed, yet his ugliness made the adults disgusted or vile.

Jacques was continuously being observed for his immense strength, seeing that he was abnormally strong. The scientists had mixed with his DNA before his birth to try and make him strong, though there came a mutation within the mapping, giving Jacques the strength of 12 men. His retardation, however, questioned the scientists, to where they decided to uncap his head and research into his brain. His brain, they discovered, was smaller than average, which only meant he was mentally challenged for his future. They were able to recap his skull into place, but his skin wouldn't connect, having no choice but to cut out the hanging skin and cauterize the rim around the opening to prevent bleeding.

One day, to try and have attention drawn to him, Jacques purposely hurt himself for medical help. A fire broke out in the backyard, where Jacques burnt the underside of his chin and left-cheek. His skin was so tough and leathery, however, that the scientists had to use a xenogeneic skin-graft (the skin of a pig's dead-body) to replace his old skin. But the new flesh made him feel uglier, and he couldn't stand the thought of others fearing him for this. He then tried to grab one of the scientists to beg for another chance, but his strength was immaculate, to where he bruised the smaller woman in his hands. The other adults came to yield him, but Jacques fought back. He was so scared when they darted at him, that he just started to throw his arms around to block them. His strength was too much, hurting many of the scientists in the process.

Eventually, one of the professionals requested Jacques to be euthanize. After years of trying to make Jacques live normally, the professionals had enough of his inability to function normally, and deemed him unsalvageable. Jacques didn't understand these words, but after a long while of the adults discussing and finding their rights to do such an act, they were coming into Jacques' room with a syringe filled with a bright green liquid. The color suddenly made Jacques attack out of defense, but once more, he hurt too many of the adults. Scared of himself, Jacques ran out of the home, able to escape since there were no other scientist to stop him. Jacques ran into the woods behind the home, where his deformity scared away onlookers. He screamed out for help, but his distorted voice only made the strangers cry and run for their lives.

Defeated and alone, Jacques was in the middle of the dark woods, holding onto his last shred of hope as he wished for another chance. A hand touched his back, and Jacques turned to find a faceless man before him. Jacques thought the man was another runaway experiment, so he wasn't entirely scared. However, seeing no face made Jacques feel a little fearful, unable to distinguish a friendly or a harmful person before him.

The faceless man saw what Jacques looked like, and had watched his actions for months during Jacques' imprisonment within the secluded home. With Jacques' plea for help, the faceless man granted him the second chance he always wanted. The man changed Jacques into the perfect boy he always wanted to be, yet a curse was placed onto his puny soul. He was beautiful on the outside, yet the truth would always be exposed on the inside.

  In Jacques’ “Liar Form,” his mental state does not change. He remains as excited and curious as a 9-year-old. However, his strength does not exist in his Liar Form, hiding it as he pretends to be a perfectly normal child.

  When Jacques feels the want to protect a child from a suspicious adult, he changes into his Truth Form and scares the predator away.

  Even though Jacques is the Strongman Proxy, he lacks intelligence greatly. He is quick, but not enough to catch up to his enemy’s secondary move to win a fight.

  Jacques loves anything miniature, such as stuffed animals, children, and books.

  If he is teamed with a Proxy who is very tall, or seems eligible to fight, Jacques sees no point in protecting them. However, if they do fall under attack and need help, he comes to their rescue.

  Jacques has a massive underbite, but likes it because he can count his teeth.
