Well, this is a rather large improvemet from the original Looker reference. Not much has changed at all about him. Actually I don't think anything really changed, I just got better at drawing. I do really adore Looker's design. But anyway, here's a complete reference for him that should have pretty much anything you'll ever need to draw him ever.

His bio is down below, though I'm still working on the details of his actual story! Take a look if you can! I'd love to get some feedback on this, and if you'd like to interact with him feel free to!

Memorable Items: Looker wears a silver ring under his glove, of his left pointer finger. This ring used to belong to his father.

Abilities:

Strengths: Physical strength, hand-to-hand combat, stealth, parkour, climbing buildings, amazing eyesight
Weaknesses: Puzzles of any kind, low speed, never knows when to stop, gets easily lost, either hyper focused or completely distracted, dulled sense of touch and smell.
Supernatural: “Canalize thoughts”: High consumers of the black venom can transmit the negative thoughts of their victim through a radio, television or cell phones. It can only work in a device with some sort of incoming signal. Internet doesn’t apply.
Fighting Style: Looker tends to scout out his target for a week or so in advance, then sneak up behind them and bash their head in until their face is unrecognizable. He prefers unfair fights and usually his tactic is to simply overwhelm his opponent with unrelenting, blunt strikes until they fall unconscious or their skull has caved in.
Weapon: He wields a heavy metal bat, which has rusted nails beaten into it for extra damage. Looker has been known to sit somewhere and nail in or pull out various rusted nails that he finds wherever he might be at that particular moment. He claims to have a specific system and pattern to where he places the nails and how they must be bent, but refuses to explain it to anyone.

Physical Status: Looker is physically quite fit, if a bit underweight. His strength mostly comes from his upper body and swinging around his bat. He doesn’t have any known diseases. Looker is prone to getting small colds and strep throat, however these never last very long. Looker has a wound on his upper right arm that never completely healed, and will occasionally rip open, hence the bandages he wears.
  Looker is - as all Sulkerman proxies are - entirely dependant on Sulkerman’s “black venom” to live, and consumes doses of it as much as he can. On a good month, Looker tends to receive 3-4 doses of the venom. However, he is not addicted to the substance. Mental Status: Upon first meeting Looker, he seems quite stable. He can hold conversations with ease and can pass as a normal person when he puts effort into it. This is quite the useful skill for him, as it can help him get more information about or get closer to the person he’s currently stalking. However, once Looker is alone he tends to draw away into himself quite a bit. Looker can be seen pacing and talking to himself, and is known to occasionally hallucinate. It’s unknown what he is hallucinating, as he refuses to tell anyone. Looker also has minimal control over his emotions and tends to turn to violence at even the hint of a negative emotion as almost a stress relief. He also tends to get mad at other people for his own mistakes and refuses to take responsibility for anything he does that receives a negative reaction from other proxies.

Personality Profile: Looker is a very casual person, not ever really investing any feelings in anything. He jokes around a lot, especially with other proxies. He loves to cause problems for other proxies if they don’t belong to Sulkerman, and loves even more to cause tension between Slender and Sulker proxies. Despite all this however, Looker is fiercely loyal to Sulkerman and his fellow Sulker proxies and will happily beat the skull in of anyone who tries to harm his friends. The only times that Looker is ever really serious is when he’s on a mission for Sulkerman, whether that be stalking the next meal for his master or some other task. Looker has a very dark, self-deprecating sense of humour that only adds to the underlying mental issues that lead to him being a proxy in the first place. Looker also has developed the bad habit of tuning televisions and radios to his own negative mental voices. This only ever increases his instability until he eventually snaps and bludgeons someone to death.

As was pretty obvious, Looker manages to escape the blaze that his mother set to burn him to death. Although his sister, Jessica, sees him escape, she says nothing to the authorities because of the exact nature of the scene she saw. Jessica certainly did not want to be put into a mental institution like she thought her mother was going to. Looker manages to stumble away, dizzy and disoriented, and with screams in his head so loud it was absolutely unbearable. Looker doesn't get very far however. Sulkerman picks him up almost as soon as Looker sets foot in the forest and begins to carry him away to a secure location. With the help of other, unknown proxies, Looker is tied up and force fed the black venom until his body is completely reliant on it, a process which took several weeks. Eventually, Looker was released and told what was happening. He was a proxy now. He had been chosen. He was special now, and he finally had a purpose in life. The pain was over. Desperately, Looker clung onto those words, and became completely devoted to his new way of life. Soon after that, Looker donned the name of "Looker", and began his life as a puppet for Sulkerman.

Biological Family:

Mother: Theresa Marian Foley-Storms - A very religious woman, she brought Looker and his sister up under an iron fist of rules and religious teachings. Although adored by many in their city because she was such a loving mother and had the perfect family, Theresa was a very emotionally abusive woman and contributed majorly to Looker’s downward spiral. She is currently in jail on a two first degree murder charges.
Father: Allen Joseph Storms (Deceased) - Allen was the perfect family man. He was the local bank manager and was praised for his hard work and dedication to both his job and his family. Allen was one of the only positive influences in the lives of his children. Despite his wife’s religious extremism, Allen was in fact an Atheist, and encouraged his children to explore for themselves what they believed in. After being hit by a car on his way to work, he became paralyzed from the waist down. According to the legal records, he was later killed along with his son after his wife claimed his son was the spawn of Satan.
Sibling(s): Jessica Nicole Storms - A quiet and studious girl who loves to write, Jessica is Looker’s younger sister. A year younger than Looker, Jessica aspires to be an investigative journalist. Having just graduated from high school, she's now working at a local newspaper. In her spare time, she continues to try to discover what actually happened to her brother, having seen him escape the fire that should have killed him. She occasionally works alongside proxy hunters in order to track him down.

Proxy Master: Sulkerman Looker is completely devoted to Sulkerman. Those who knew his mother might say that Looker developed a behavior with how he practically worships the grumpy slender-being that is similar to his mother's blind devotion to her religion. Looker believes he owes a great debt to Sulkerman, and will do absolutely anything to repay that debt, even if it means sacrificing his own life. Thanks to Looker's spotty memory though, any action that may be considered to have fulfilled that debt is usually quickly forgotten, leaving Looker eternally indebted to Sulkerman. Not that Looker could actually stop being a proxy if he somehow did fill this delusional debt. His obsessive loyalty to Sulkerman, as well as his body's dependency on the black venom, prevents any sort of thoughts of being a normal human once again. Looker treats Sulkerman basically like a god. His personality does a complete 360 when Sulkerman comes around. He becomes timid, submissive, and almost seems scared. He's never cracked any sort of joke around the being, typically choosing to keep his eyes on the ground and speaking only when spoken to. Looker also refers to Sulkerman almost exclusively as "Master" and rarely actually as "Sulkerman". Not even Looker himself knows why he does this, and it seems to be a habit unique to him.

Ex-Girlfriends: After two girls stole his heart and both periodically crushed it to pieces for selfish reasons, Looker has sworn of women all together. He's open to being friends with girls, of course, but he'll never get into a relationship with one again. Short blonde women have become Looker's favored victim, as well as people who live in trailers alone. If you fit this description, you'd be best to stay away from him.
