I've been in such a mood to do stuff with my Creepypasta characters lately, it's been insane how much time I've spent thinking about them all. So of course I have to do more references for them. Hence why you currently see this lovely image of my frozen child in front of you. Much like Looker's reference, really not much has changed about his design at all since he was originally designed. I don't think anything did, actually, except the exact way that I draw like, his hair and stuff. But oh well. Here's Chill's reference. There's no shots of like, any scars or anything on Chill's body because his clothes are all frozen to him and can't actually be removed!

If anyone has any questions about Chill, feel free to ask, though I'm still working on some of the finer details of him. And as always, if you'd like your character to interact with him, just ask and I'd be happy to do so!

Scars/Markings: The area around Chill’s eyes and down his cheeks all have deep cracks in his flesh. It resembles deep cracks in ice or glass. It is unknown how Chill recieved these cracks and he refuses to tell anyone.
Memorable Items: Chill carries around an old tape recorder in his pocket. It doesn’t appear to be damaged at all from all the time that Chill spends in the water and ice. It appears to work, but Chill doesn’t let anyone else listen to what’s on it already or anything new.
Abilities:

Strengths: Speed, Charisma, any sort of winter sports, extreme resilience to cold weather.
Weaknesses: Intellectual pursuits, strength, heat, dulled sense of touch,poor eyesight, sometimes loses touch with reality.
Supernatural: Chill has the ability to freeze any liquid that he comes into contact with. He usually prefers to do this with larger and deeper bodies of water. He can also do this with the moisture in the air, though this is much more difficult.
Chill can appear in any body of water and uses them as a method of transportation.
Chill’s presence can have a negative interference on nearby electrical devices. It’s unknown if Chill’s own tape recorder is unusable because of this.
Fighting Style: Chill prefers to wait for his prey to come to him. Once someone gets in his range, depending on the location, he’ll find a way to sneak up on them and drown them one way or another. He prefers to pull people underwater and drown them, but he’s also been known to freeze people’s hearts, drown them in their bathtubs or sink, or purely just freeze them solid.
Weapon: Any sort of liquid can turn into a weapon for him. If Chill is unable to drown someone, he’ll freeze something and use that ice shard to slit their throat.
Physical Status: When Chill was alive he was on his school’s track team. Even though he’s dead now, he still has the same physical fitness that he did in life. Chill’s entire body is almost eternally frozen now, so he’s more durable and nearly impervious to any sort of attacks with a bladed weapon. However, he can’t go into warmer areas without beginning to melt and his body starting to rot. As far as Chill knows, he’s immortal now but he really isn’t willing to test that theory.
Mental Status: Past Chill’s seemingly uncaring personality, Chill has rather large anger issues. He’s also a bit of a recluse and after spending a prolonged underwater with no sort of human contact Chill will slowly start to lose touch with reality, occasionally hallucinating among other things. Otherwise Chill is a relatively stable and normal person.
Personality Profile: Chill is quite literally… “chill”. He’s a very laid back guy and simply goes along with almost anything that happens. He’s got a lot of sass and has absolutely zero respect for authority. Chill has a hard time committing to anything, and combined with major trust issues, he’s become a bit of a loner. Chill doesn’t really mind though. Although when he was alive Chill was quite the socialite, Chill now prefers to be alone most of the time. He doesn’t really mind talking to people and interacting with them, but after a prolonged amount of time with anyone Chill can get very irritable and angry. Chill seems a rather charming and charismatic person if he’s in the mood to interact with you and even more so if he wants something or is trying to kill you.
Biological Family:

Mother: Shelby Belle Owens - Chill’s mother is your typical white suburban soccer mom. She was very doting on her Chill and very supportive of his sports pursuits. Now that Chill is dead, she’s organized various support groups for parents who have also lost children and is just in general trying to do good in the world in Chill’s name.
Father: Bryan Roger Owens- Chill’s father was a typical office worker who was a sports coach during the evenings. He wasn’t always the best father, but he was mostly a good role model for Chill as a child. Now he’s simply trying to deal with the loss of his only son, which he copes with using an exorbitant amount of alcohol.
