Poor Alex #1 had no idea what I was talking about and probably thinks I'm a weirdo, but Alex #2 still got his own signed print, sketch, and we got to take a photo together. So though I feel like a total goofball, Alex had a happy birthday, other Alex got some free stuff, and I get a funny story to tell.
So, my sincerest apologies to both of you (hopefully being in a comic makes up for it) and another HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Alex C. Hopefully, I'll see ya' next year, gentlemen!

Yeah, this happens to me all the time. Someone will say Alex and I think they're talking to me.
Once, I was talking with a friend in the hallway (also named Alex), and this girl we both know that was passing by said "Hi, Alex!"
We both turned to her, said hello, then kept talking.
Turns out she wasn't talking to either of us

XD Aw, I'm sorry, but that's hilarious.
I'm really awful with facial recognition (as well as remembering names and stuff), and have had similar-ish mix-ups happen to me all throughout my life (like trying to return books and drawings to various people in high school, only to have the wrong person and they just stare at me like I have two heads.)
Also, the expressions in this are perfect.
