How can you see what you do when your finger is on the screen blocking the view... This is my main concern about ipad painting

I have to honestly say that that wasn't a problem. when you're doing the intial sketch it's pretty rough so you don't really think about it. When you begin to render you can zoom in very close so you have a ton of control. So if you try it, just zoom in for finer details.
