I got a problem here, when I got poor signal I cant send sms and an exclamation appears inside the badge. BUT this badge still red (default) look the following screenshot: [link]

fixed! duplicate the png file and rename to "SBBadgeExclamation@2x.png", but add an exclamation in photoshop before
