Thanks, it uses a collapsing shutter to cover some areas of the glass for re-entry.

Like to imagine to fly with this transporter. Love also to imagine spaceships, but I still need some time to really be able to develop my own.
None the less, you sure know how to get mechanical vehicles and robots right.

It's totally fictional, hybrid fusion engine, suplemented by some kind of gravity mitigating devices. Works both in and out of atmospheric.
Practice more and look for more reference.
