Is that a happy bounce emoticon? I was thinking of laughing at the puns I used regarding the photograph :0
I need to find an emoticon that depicts when you are laughing at yourself.

Lol, I must have done it wrong, it was supposed to represents someone doing a happy dance, not bounce but still the same I guess
Aww yeah, I could use some of those myself lol Β Β (this is the only one I found)

The one I used is the happy dance - I wanted it to be the "laughing at ones own joke", (or self).
I like the one you found is pretty good for that.Β

Oh gosh, you really do put us through our paces Well done kevoka Fantastic teaser
And well done joergens-mi That took skill to figure that out

Thanks May.
To be honest - I thought it would be figured out fairly fast. I mean everybody has seen and owns these things, and the photograph is almost a complete picture of it - just a little missing on the right.
I did did leave the glass marks in it as well, just as another hint.

is it from a pair of glasses. Something like a nose padΒ or a nose pad holder?

Is it some kind of 'foot' or 'hand' device that makes a machine work by depressing it or by making it go or stop?
π: 0 β©: 1
kevoka In reply to ArtBYbeverly [2014-11-30 05:32:08 +0000 UTC]
Not a foot or hand device. This device is designed to work best on a bridge.Β

ArtBYbeverly In reply to kevoka [2014-11-30 23:02:16 +0000 UTC]
So is this device something that opens and closes a bridge?

kevoka In reply to ArtBYbeverly [2014-12-01 06:35:18 +0000 UTC]
Sorry missed this guess earlier. No it is a nose pad for glasses that sits on a persons nose bridge.

An oiling mechanism to make items (sewing machines, cigarette lighters etc) run more smoothly?
π: 0 β©: 1
kevoka In reply to MayEbony [2014-11-29 05:56:29 +0000 UTC]
Not an oiling mechanism. However, it will get oils on it from its everyday use by the people who use it.

No, not a part of a sewing machine. People may use these in conjunction with running a sewing machine though.

Great puzzler
I see something like a metal object laying quite close to the outside of the overall object (left of the middle object )...does that play an important role in the function of this?

kevoka In reply to ArtBYbeverly [2014-11-27 00:11:42 +0000 UTC]
Yes, it plays a very important role in the correct functioning of the object.Β

Thank you May.
Not a cigarette lighter.
However, when in use, it can make a cigarette lighter more useful.
