Finally got something done! XD;Here's my first full OC picture, sketched in a wonderful oc session with and , and it sure took long. The coloring is a bit ugh, I know; the watercolor is still insanely tricky and not so fun to use as my usual brush tool in PS. but still, I guess I had fun with her, and she turned out definitely cuter than expected ^_^.
I know, that's LOTS of pink X), but it was allf or the sake of Toadette, so I guess it's okay
. Besides, such character deserves moar fanart, I say. Hopefully, I'm contributing to the cause, if a little bit.That has to be the most lame layout I've ever put out.....

Hey thanks. Glad ya like it. It was one of the first full attempts at coloring completely in opencanvas so it doesn't look as refined as I could do on Photoshop. I think I can do better now, tho

It's not only one of your best works ever, but I also think that it's one of the cutest Toadette fan artworks ever, too, and there's a lot of them out there (And yet, there's never enough---). x)
Don't you feel proud for having made this? I think that you should be, and if you ever feel down about how your art training is going, take a look back at this picture and remember that you can do wonderful things and that you're getting better with your skills.

But.... yes, I think I'm proud of this one. As you could think, I'd say it could be improved a lot and that it's not really that good actually compared to other stuff, but I'll have to do like you say, and admit I'm happy with it. I'll try to follow your advice, bro. Thanks once again.

^_^ Lllevo meses practicando como aquel que dice. Y mas aun ahora que desde que me cambie la placa base del pc no ha habido narices a conseguir que me tirase el scanner, por lo que por "precaucion" ya directamente ni dibujo en papel XD (bueno, un poco, pero es casi nulo XD)
No, no es la primera sesion que hago. Pero sij es el primer dibujo que termino. OC nunca me ha terminado de gustar, y hasta hace poco estaba muy acostumbrado a al airbrush del photoshop que es BASTANTE diferente.
Juraria que mas de una vez te lo he comentado, pero entre que estas temporadas away por la uni y yo por el trabajo... XD

Great with OC?.... pffffffffff XD;;. Seriously you haven't seen me trying months ago. Those were... horrific to say the least. I must admit this one turned out nicely in the very end (I wasn't sure at all at first) but it took a good deal of time.
But anyways, I'm real happy to see it was worth it
