Guess what game I've been playing lately....Β
Heres my own version of that pretty Game over screen you get when you die 
Really enjoying the KH 1.5 Remix. Believe it or not I've never finished this game. I bought it on ps2 a few years ago and got stuck on the 2nd world :c
I sketched this out when I was getting super frustrated fighting Clayton in the Deep Jungle world. Omg him and that stupid invisiable lizard thing.. It was hard :C took me atleast 20 tries.
But anyway... Im having fun..even if this game is a bit repetitive and requires a bit of patience.
Ive had no inspiration for drawing lately...Ive been working on all my trades and just getting no where... I'm hoping this drawing helped clear my Art block somewhat.
Anyway..back to work.
Im so excited for Kingdom hearts 3...you have no idea.
OMG WHAT IF THEY HAVE A FROZEN WORLD *hyperventilates*

Well, do you know the plot until the end? If not, you will have a small surprise about bosses on the last two worlds, are very very hard but more fun to fight! I enojed them so much!

This screen would scare me at first haha.
I played through on the ps2. And I was a huge troll in it too. Basically I would exploit the environment and mechanics to beat battles rather then face them a good 60% of the time. And when all else failed id just run in circles around the boss to dodge anything. I am sure they probably fixed all this in the remix LOL.

Yeaaah I played the ps2 version as well. The final mix HD version the bosses seem a bit smarter ... I tried hiding up on platforms to heal myself but the stupid clayton lizard climbed up and got meeeeee meeeh.
I have however been able to hide behind corners to stop firing attacks. That seems to always work. x)

I think I prefer this version to the original. It's very pretty and smooth. I love the coloring, and I like the lighting too. With the heart as bright as it is, no wonder Sora's so strong. Ans it's a good thing too because darn Deep Jungle... darn it to freaking heck. Sora definitely has to have a strong heart to survive that nasty world.

I personally dislike the "card" battle system for Chain of Memories, but it's worth it for the character drama (if you can figure out that damn card system, ugh).Β Definitely check out the 3DS one, especially if you're a Riku fan.Β The DS one (365/2 Days or whatever weird name it has) people complain about being empty or repetitive as well, but I've re-played it several times and enjoy it.Β It even has a "multiplayer" option!Β
You can play the Kingdom Hearts games in any order, but it might mean more to you to play them:Β KH1, CoM, 365/2 Days, KH2, DDD, and then Birth By Sleep is a sort of prequel, spin-off thing so I'm not sure where it fits in.Β There's also KH: Decoded, which I also have not played, and it falls somewhere between KH1 and KH2, I think.

Chain of memories is a Card battle system 0_0 waaaaaaat.... I didnt know that..

I might have to go back and re-play it now!Β Not CoM thought... I just couldn't get into that card system.Β I'm a button masher, I like to attack and block like crazy.Β The card system requires more strategy.Β KH2 has some great worlds, you're going to love that one!Β You could really just play KH1 and KH2 and be set, since the others are all spin-offs, but the spin-offs do tell some neat stories and introduce some cool characters.Β

Depends, Clayton can be an ASS to beat, but once you've got the strategy down it becomes easier.
The game is a little repetitive, but wait until you get to the final worlds. You'll LOVE it.
And don't get me started on KH:CoM, that thing rips your heart to shreds.
What other KH games have you played? I only lack BBS (for which I'm waiting KH 2.5 ReMIX)

My problem was I was to low a level. I ended up going back to the Colosseum level and beating that before going back to the jungle then I actually beat him in one go without using a single potion loool....
What i really Dislike though is flying the gummi ship back and forth its so annoying! Im so glad i have the warp thingo now so I can just go straight to places ive already been. 
Anyway,
KH1 is the only KH game I've played! Im waiting for the 2.5 remix to play the second and then I'll move onto the third when that comes out....who knows when...

Though now that i have a 3DS I could get dream drop distance but not sure whether I have to finish other games to play that?
I have watched some cutscene 'movies' if you want to call them that.... I watched one with Ventus, Aqua and Terra. (not sure what game that is) But omg i loved it. I want to play that game. I didnt get through the entire thing tho..
AHhh KH games are so confusing why are there so many charras. Guess it'll make sense if i actually play them haha.

Ah, well the key to Kingdom Hearts (like every FF game) is leveling up. Think about this: the more heartless you kill, the more exp and objects you get, and trust me you'll need both exp and objects later on.
The gummiship's a little annoying, yeah, but in KH2 it's AWESOME. God I love the gummiship missions ;w;
AAAAAH KH2 IS MY FAVORITE I LOVE IT SO MUCH HNARGH YOU'LL LOVE IT. All of the feels.Β
If you've got a 3DS, I suggest you to get the other games!! You can play 358/2 Days right after KH:CoM since it takes place on the same timeline as KH1 and KH:CoM. So you can play that.
Technically you should wait to have played KH2 to play the other two games available for NDS (Coded and DDD) but you know what. Fuck that. Buy them and play them. Coded is after KH2 but you can still play it if you want, there shouldn't be massive spoilers and anyway it's a super enjoyable game (and I freaking cried like a baby), and the gameplay is absolutely FANTASTIC. I suggest playing Coded after CoM and Days though, so you get to know a bunch of characters better.
Days will rip your heart out of your chest and stomp on it multiple times. But it's 100% worth it.
Ventus, Aqua and Ven belong to KH BBS!! But they show up in a cutscene and in the opening of DDD too. Man I need to play BBS so much, I haven't watched a single cutscene because I need to play that game like I need air to breathe.
Haha true that, but... it's special. Kingdom Hearts is the only game that when they announced the sequel I started singing and screaming the opening theme and ended up crying out of joy.Β

Omg the KH3 teasers that are out though... I was like...struggling to contain my inner fangirl. The graphics and the fights...just...amazing. Soooo Inspiring. I WISH I WAS IN THE GAME INDUSTRY RIGHT NOW AND I COULD HELP MAKE THAT GAME.....

you can use the DeSmuME emulator to play DS games on a PC (on a much bigger screen) and using a regular controller (360 controllers plug right into a PC and work since they are Microsoft, but other controllers work too).Β If you feel bad about pirating the games (you have to download the roms), you can buy them for real and play on the PC instead of the tiny DS.Β Both 358/2 and Re:Coded are definitely worth your time.Β Re:Coded is the weakest RPG of the series, but the most 'gamelike' and most fun of them all (but it's hard).
All the KH titles are fantastic (except DDD imho), but CoM is a real shock battle system wise.Β It's cool for sure, but way different from any other KH battle system.Β Both KH2FM and BBSFM (on KH2.5) will blow you away.Β
Yeah, level up!Β This is especially true when you get to BBS, leveling up makes a huge difference in that one.

WEEELLL if you love roxas you def need to play 358/2 Days before KH2. It takes place before the events of KH2 anyway, and you play as Roxas, so... I didn't even contain my inner fangirl, I just let the monster out for days. The same is happening right now that FFXV spoilers are out. ALL. OF. THE. CHARACTERS. ARE. HOT. And the face texture, the eyes, the hair... HNNNNNNNNNNNG. YOU GO BUY THOSE GAMES.
