O my gosh I haven't done a fanart in FOREVER...
And it's...a clichΓ© Axel portrait but I had fun mixing colors and this is from my sketchbook..^.^;;
I was going to use this also as a tutorial but I..didn't think think using an OC would better a tutorial..^__^;

I absolutely love his facial structure--that nose is just so good, and cheekbones and slightly pointy jaw are really attractive. I think it also just suits Axel well, too. The colouring looks pretty nice--the touches of indigo & blue for the slight shadows adds some depth, and it really goes great with the hatching used in the lineart. You did a really impressive job here, especially since you mentioned no reference was used! Well done!

Heh, thanks Shadi! ^__^ Yeah I was doodling in church cuz ADD+sitting+lots of time= Meg's brain is everywhere so I draw cuz then I can focus on what the pastor's saying n'stuff..and...Axel came out.XD I really loved the face structure to so I'm glad you like it as well! I gotta get to drawing some more so then I can practice some more crazy coloring! Thanks again Shadi-
