This is a tutorial on how to make my G1 Soundwave sweater. YAAAAY.

As soon as I finish the pants, I'll put up a quick tutorial for those, too. (I'm not in a hurry to finish those, honestly...mostly because PortCon is over and I also don't want to get stabbed in the leg again. XD)

Anyway. Sorry that there's so many parts where I use blue fabric instead of white, or where I show you something that you're supposed to do in the next step, but I already have done (you'll see what I mean when you look it over). I obviously already finished it, and I wasn't about to go and make a second one just for the tutorial. DX

As for supplies, they were really cheap; I got all the fabric and ribbon I needed at Jo-Ann's fabric store for under ten dollars, and I found the sweater at Goodwill for ten dollars, and the iron on sticky was just lying around the house, so I'm not entirely sure how much a roll of that stuff costs. You should definitely get some soft stretchy fabric for the sleeves, anyway, even if there is something cheaper...it will look and feel so much better than something cheap, like a sheet or fabric that's totally different than your sweater.

So if anyone tries this, could you put it up on deviantart and let me know so I can link it here? I'm under the impression that that's how tutorials work...and if not, I still want to see everyone's Soundwave hoodie. And if there's anything that doesn't make any sense or isn't clear enough, ask me and I'll try to make it clearer.
