If you like 'Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier' its all fine and good.
Personally, Eno and myself and quite a lot of fans aren't very thrilled with how they treated Jak and Daxter's friendship. Most of the time Jak treats Daxter like a pet or acts like a mother telling their kid to be quiet.

Yeah, that rant is a little late. Jak has been treating Daxter like crap from the very start. And TLF wasn't the first time Jak gambled with Daxter's life. Remember in "Jak 3" when Kleiver challenged Jak to a race? It's the same deal. Plus there was the time in "Jak II" after the two were separated only for Daxter to be chased by a giant boulder and a hungry mother spider. When they finally reunite, Jak doesn't even bother to ask if he's okay...all he says is "Where have YOU been?" Case and point, Jak is an absolute douchebag.
Why doesn't Daxter fight back? Well, he does in the firts chapter of my fanfiction. '

I never played the series. I wanted to though. I loved Naughty Dog's Crash Bandicoot games. I wish they didn't leave it for this though. Crash is now going the way of Sonic. To ultimate suck and overuse.

I wasn't impressed with the Jak 4. I LOVED all the others games. Jak and Daxter was the first game I ever got.

Yeah, but is the game itself any good. To be fair, though, Daxter always annoyed me, so if he were my friend, I'd probably treat him that way, too.
If the game itself sucks, then... I guess Naughty Dog screwed up, bad. I wonder what will happen if Insomniac makes the same screw up with Ratchet And Clank. (Cause from what I heard, Crack in Time is a really good game.)

So apparently in the new game, Jak treats Daxter like a pet instead of a friend he's known most his entire lifetime. Yeah, this just screams Jack & Daxter, doesn't it?

Ugh...Wow, after reading those comments I want to destroy something. I thought it was bad enough with Jak without his goatee...but...pfft, no way do I want this game anymore...I don't want to ruin the way I see those two! I love the Jak games, heck, I fell in love with the series before I had even played the games, but...I don't think I want to waste my money on a game that I probably won't consider canon.

ZOMG...is that Jak...IN HIGH WATER KHAKI PANTS?!?!?! as if the storyline wasn't an abomination enough. I tried playing it on my friend's PSPGo (next to impossible I tell you) yeah, wasn't gonna happen once I saw Dark Daxter...WTF?! You'd think other developers'd learn from Sonic Unleashed.

Gaaah I love the coloring so muuch and the inking is wonderful. Daxters looks so soft and pissed off!
And the pencils are also very nicely done I'd love to see a pencils version.

Watched the videos. To put it blunt, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!
And the animation seems lower grade to the Naughty Dog games.
I was never into R&C so I took Jak and Daxter (and been a fan ever since), I could't stand the countless hours of collecting nuts and bolts.
One of the biggest complaints next to the Daxter situation is Jak overall persona, he just doesn't seem like the "I love things that go BOOM"-kinda guy, but like he's back to the little boy from the first game.

Oh hell, I'm staying far faaar away from this crap.
I cannot believe that they would rape Jak and Daxter's beautiful and hardcore relationship in such a manner. That's why I hate when original creators of a game give their rights to someone who won't do it right at all. =_= And Dark Daxter, wth? I think it's such a shame, because J&D series have been my fav games of all time. There is no game I've obsessed as much about as Jak2. I love that game so much that even the roots of my hair cry seeing this shit.

I just want to comment on Jak and Daxter's relationship real quick even though I dont think many people will see it on page 3 XD. The transition between the first game and the second really changed Jak. He and Daxter were best friends in the first game but in the second game Jak got captured by some jackasses with guns and started doing experiments on him whil Daxter ran away and ended up just killing bugs till he was able to save Jak. BUT nothing really changed in their relationship, Jak's only and ass now because of what happend when he was captured, being experimented on for a few years with dark eco would put anyone in a bad mood. This was also the first time Jak spoke, and you all have to say, if he could talk in the first game he would have told Daxter to shut the hell up. My real point here is that Jak and Daxter's relationship NEVER changed within the different games, the only thing that changed was Jak, and even though theirs no "bromance" they are still best friends which shows at points in the game, usually after they (aka JAK) kicks some bad guys ass.

I haven't played the game yet, and although I really want to get it (just because I'm a SUCKER for a series XD) I'm dreading what it's going to be like...
However this picture is gorgeous, I love Eno's inks, and your c olours really bring them to life! Although I must say that Jak is missing a water spray bottle!

From what I am hearing about it, there are some times I am happy I don't have a PSP, but when the new Kingdom heart game comes out I will be wishing for it again XP

Birth By Sleep looks amazing so far. And despite what I feel about TLF, Daxter was actually a very good Jak-related PSP game.
I also love it for the FF and Disgaea titles on it too.
