's Miyuki-chan stories now - Especially the wonderland and video-game land ones!)Anyways, the Cheshire Cat was one of my faves. I picked up one of the CLAMP art books at the Armageddon expo, so I have a few shots of the colours of some characters. Her hair is so much fun to draw!

I've seen bits of it, and I honestly perfer the manga. Making the characters move and talk simply isn't enough for me - unless they can make an anime truely amazing and beautiful, I always find they fall short compared to the original manga.

I've got to check out that manga. I've seen and heard a lot about it, and it looks great. One of my personal favourites was Abeneboshi Magical Shopping Arcade. That is a hoot and a half.

Oh gosh, Miyuki-chan gets ALOT of bad rep (outside of Japan at least) simply for the fact at how..well...riske it is. Frankly, I think the character designs are stunning and wonderful - it's not like boobage and dominatix things and such are new. XD Panty shots most of all!

Oh! I have this movie! The cheshire cat is so pretty, though like most of the characters, she doesn't stick around for very long. CLAMP should have extended the comic at least a little. They rushed everything way too much.

Well...actually, CLAMP didn't rush it...the manga was really just meant to be a short...and they had so much fun with it, they added a whole bunch more little stories (such as 'Looking Glass Land' and "TV Land").

Awesome, I'd say another one of your best. I like the more "un-chibified" style. The colors are fabulous and you did a great job in postioning and preportions. I love this. I haven't seen the original of the character but I like your version.

Wow, that's some crazy hair. Nice take on the cheshire cat. I think it could use a bit more color variance though, cause the eyes tend to blend it into a big mass of orange. Well done, though.

Well, like I said, it's not my character, it's CLAMP's. SO I was using the colour reference I had of the character, thus the orange eyes.

Heh, heh, first time I ever saw the Cheshire Cat portrayed as a female. Very seductive pose. Lots of orange, but orange is a good color.
