Done on a whim, and because pulling stupid faces during gameplay makes it all that much more fun (FYI - I really DO lean far to the side when I'm going around tight/long corners in the game...not to mention I apparently make REALLY strange gun sounds when other people are playing Jak 3...but that's another story all-together. XD).This could actually apply to many games...most of all 8 and 9 (rinse, repeat) until you finally reach 10.
This is the kind of stuff I doodle between commissions to keep me from going insane...only to remind myself I'm going insane trying to finish my video games. Ah...life is hilariously cruel. X3

XDDD ... I never noticed how much I really do make those faces!! Especially the one in #7.
Don't worry. ;3 It's not weird to lean when you go through curves.. (I do it too. I also sit on the edge of my seat and lean forward like it's going to make me go faster. And in fight games, I always stand up and start pressing the buttons hella hard like that's gonna help or something.. XD These are just.. gamer things. We can't help it.)
The body language in this is really really nice, and the faces all convey very well what they mean without even having to read the text. XD The text just makes it.. even funnier!

I find it so hard to believe that this was drawn with traditional media, it looks like CG work. Awesome. <3 So many expressions and gorgeous colours! That, plus a great concept. I love it!

I do the leaning to the side when turning too. Those Peace Makers are horrible, there's only one way to prevent it from hitting you aside from getting behind someone... SHIELD!!!

this is sooo awesome! made me chuckle like a mad woman! i can't wait to play this game, even tho i am a long way off, i mean not even a speck in the distance way off, you can't even fricking see me from where you are with all the damn mountains in the way!
i've expeinced all these poses tho, through playing one game or other. so great!

Normally when playin this game I have #2 and after maybe a half hour of playing it moves to #5 and #9... I get very angry at my videogames. Literally almost chucked my controller at the screen but my mom had already warned me that I'd have to replace the tv if I broke it

man are these familiar I must of used these all the time while playing Jak, though I was more apt to get 2 super novas followed by a dark eco peacemaker one after another by my sister the most. CURSE YOU SUPER NOVA! though its so very awesome when you're the one making them blow up!

I think i've used all of those poses playing Jak X. The only one i haven't would be Number 10. I love the 'Going Round A Tight Corner' Pose (because it's nice to know that other people lean as they go round corners!)

Ahhhh, this can also apply to a number of other games. Kudos for giving me fond memories of all the face expressions I made during video gaming time. Although I still have yet to Jak X, but not because it's hard. I just found myself...well, not enjoying it.

Number 7 is probably the WORST! I had that happened to me so many times right before the finish line! And theres nothing you can really do about it! It drives me nuts on longer tracks like the Lines. There fun but tiresome when you have to do them over again.......>.<

Hehe, you should proabaly sell this in a print. Its too cute and oh so true (especially #7, thats happen to me so many times I now set my watch by it). You should also inculde "How-the-bloody-hell-they-caught-up-to-me-so-fast!" pose.

I considered making this print-wise, but for copyright reasons - I'd have to get rid of the Jak X titles and the mention of the weapons on it too...in the end, it'd take away alot of text that would have to be replaced with something else...I'd have to edit it a fair bit and re-scan everything so that it's at the larger file-size for a print...hmmm...it's just alot of work that I'm too lazy to do in the end. X3

U get so into a game and dun realize ur yelling at the characters to go F- emselves everytime u get blown to smitherines and then when u think you're in the lead u smash into a wall on a corner and scream at the top of your lungs "GODDAMNIT!" and your mom Screams at the top of her lungs, "SHUT UP!"
Then you try to be quiet and it dun work... yadda yadda yadda...

Even when playing fighing or fishing (yes, FISHING... As in LoZ Hylian fish game fishing!) games, apparently I make those same faces... And I cackle "Evil hammer of DOOM! Gye he he he heeee!" very loudly when I get the smashing mallet in SuperSmashBros Meelee. I know this, and I offer no appologies.

I guess we men do it aswell because when we go faster or slower we move our head forwards and backwards. I hit my head once when going round the nurburgring in a TVR, if that's not too confusing for you. XD You know cars right?

LMAO! So true! But you forgot the "Trying to pass that stupid car ahead of me pose" *shows example: leaning back with the controler stretched far out ahead of you, kicking the air like it is a gas pedal with a slightly more angry expresion than "deep concentration pose" *
Course, I dont have my own console (*sniffle*) so i, alas, have not played Jak. But I know all these poses except #10 from playing Crash Bandikoot or Mario racing at a friend's.
