OMG! Creepy!Bird Lady! Convert your eyes, kiddies! XD
Mannnn....I had issues with this page. Mainly because there was alot to tell on one piece of paper (and creepy bird lady...I prmise she'll get a nicer, detailed pannel later on at some point). Many thanks (even though I doubt she knew she was giving me the idea) to ~Demyrie for the lil' moment that's happening here and over the next couple of pages when Daxter gets introduced (yes, he WILL show up on the next page!)
Only 2-3 pages to go until the end of this chapter (depending on how the rough lay-out turns out). And as a treat, the last chapter's page will be in colour - as a 'thank you' to all those who have supported/enjoyed the dou. thus far.

Iβm ney trying to say at ALL the chibiness is unoriginal, cos I KNOW this is chur style and youβve been doing eet for forEBBA, but there is always something in the simple!chibi Jak that just REEEEEEKS of the simplicity and cuteness of CHIIIIII!!! < 3 <3 The first panel is the patented wide-eyed lovelove stare! Heβs just like Hurrrr? *FWOOOOOOSH!!!* I LOVE it! Your expressions are always something Iβve adored and desire-ed! The contrast with whiteish Jak and the dark background makes a βunnerful contrast with the birdies! (And Im so happy you used my idea! ;o; It was fitting, but you just made it jump to lahfe!)
And I KNEW that was Daxxtuhβs wittle laugh! XD AHAHAHA! Itβs soβ¦ nasal and sprawling! Too big for him! Like his ego! <3
His bulky little feet just get me the most! It was a WONDERFUL scene transition to go to Jakβs feet and the feathers and the broken-open cages, cos it just shows what a MESS Daxxie caused X3 The tossed-about cages are the best cos I cant believe you took the time to draw the bars! *zim* AMAAAZZEEEHNNG!
HER HAT MAKES ME GIGGLE. Only until you TRULY look at it do you realize howβ¦ drippy it is. One of the eyes justβ¦ takes a trip down the side of her head. HILARIOUSLY LOPSIDED. But I love seeing all the villagers in chur simple!style! I just donβt know where you learned so muchβ¦ like, formatting with Manga. The effects of the visuals are wonderful and impact-iful, and I ENVY!
EEEE JAK against tulips. EEEEEHE. The sudden LEAP of crosshatchingness caught meh off guard, but youβre so skillful how can I ney love? <3 All the blobby flowers REALLY MAKE ME HAPPY.
Just like the happy Chi noddy Jak o_o The dark and the white tones strike again, and such striking strikes they strike!

OMG it's the bird-lady!!! And all those cute little burdies flying past Jakku!!! *squees in all the adorablenessnessness* This would be awesome if it were one of those game movies...and extra film we can watch as a bonus in the first game. You bring back all the lovely essence of Jak and Daxter into my head, making me realize just how lovely the first game actually was...

I've never played Jak and Daxter (I've seen my husband play a little of it, though, so I have a very general idea), so I've been reading your comics with not much of an idea of the story. So far I've been liking them, I don't feel like I've been missing out by not knowing anything.
I think the bird lady looks kinda cute. But then you have to wonder why an old lady is dressed up like a bird. >_> Though I suppose it's just the hat part.

To be honest, I'm glad to hear you're able to follow the story well. Considering alot of the lines have mentioned things you'd only understand had you at least seen/heard the ending to the 2nd game - it's a nice feeling knowing that others can still follow it fine. :3 And yes, the bird lady partly dresses up like a bird - with a rather creepy bird-head-hat.
